"My younger son who is 3 has problems with proprioception and motor planning, causing him to not utilize both hands simultaneously. Since he started playing with edublocks, due to the size of each block, he is forced to use both hands when interlocking each block. It is also teaching him body awareness by helping him figure out how much pressure to use when placing blocks on top of each other. Another plus is that these blocks are non-toxic and are not a choking hazard. This is very important to me since many sensory kids (especially my son) tend to “mouth” their toys. Best of all, edublocks are washable.

Edublocks have been a wonderful edition to our playroom. Having 3 kids, it’s nice to be able to find something compatible for all of them to play with. With each child’s imagination there are endless play possibilities. There are plenty of blocks for all of them to play with too. I highly recommend buying edublocks.
