Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Some smaller items may ship via USPS 2-day Priority Mail. Sorry, we do not currently ship internationally. If you have shipping questions about a particular item, please send our customer service department an email.

We usually ship within 2 business days. Some items ship next day.

If you have multiple items in an order, they maybe shipped from various warehouse locations, however you will only be charged one shipping fee.



Returns: We stand behind everything we sell!

If any product is received broken or in non-working order please send our customer service department an email for return authorization within 30 days of original purchase. A full refund will be given.

Any item purchased from Educational-toys-mart stock can be returned within 30 days for store credit if the item is in saleable unopened condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be credited the original purchase price. Shipping will not be credited. All items shipped directly from the manufacturer or Educators Resource can not be returned unless deemed defective. How can you tell if the item is from the stock of Educational-Toys-Mart?
